Orlando Police are failing to do their job one

My name is phumzile shoba an Im complaining abt the bad service we getting from the Orlando police station, we opened a case mid april for a kidnapped17 yr old gal they stated that Captain Maisa will be handling the case , she only traced the suspect once an we nvr heard from her again, we called her on the 23rd of april telling her we saw the suspect \she said im not on duty will check tommorow "she nvr came bck suspect is walking free busy hunting my sister while people that we trust are just sitting please do something about this"""
