Elsie Itebogeng is a disgrace to Customer Service Industry. she was gossiping about their previous customers that they were venda, bought an old liquor brand that no one is drinking anymore and the last time she drank it she was in high school during pens down event. she was talking to Dineo was so loud it was embarrassing. one lady after me advised Elsie that she was loud but she said the lady was forward.
