Phumlani lodge review-Witbank in Emalahleni.

I was booked here for 3 days. I had the worst experience ever. For starters the bell ring at reception was not working, I rang and rang, no one was coming to the reception until I went to the kitchen at the back. Every one was there and they apologized that the batteries may have been finished, they didn't here anything but will get new ones. Then the TV remote in my room was not working, I was also told that batteries are finished they will get new ones, but I can use the DSTV remote so long.. Then on the second night, wich was the worst ever, they had guests that were booked but arrived after 12 midnight. The amount of noise they were making was unbearable, it woke me from my sleep. And apparently they had invited their friends who were not booked there to come and join them. They were having party I tell you, drinking playing loud music at the parking lot and security and receptionist was not able to control these guys. The following day same guys, at the parking lot,car boots open loud music and drinking. I was so irritated and fed up and I told them I am disappointed and they will never see me there again and I will advise our company never to make bookings at that venue ever again. They apologized that they couldn't control these guys etc etc. I have never had such experience in a Guest House. It was the first of its kind.
