False adverti*****t

Booked this lodge for 12 people. During communications it was said that Phumelelo only houses 8 people and the rest would have to sleep in the other lodge, being Thornewood. It is basically false advertising because upon arrival the venue looked nothing like what we thought we had booked. We were checked into Thornwood with horrible rooms, dirty sheets, filthy bathrooms. Small and one small room without en suite bathrooms. When we complained to the manager, Derick, he simply told us that Phumelelo is 4000k per night and we need to consider how much we payed for this accommodation. Money was never an issue. Our issue is we were made to believe that we were paying for something else.

He was extremely rude and unwilling to admit to the false advertising. We ended up leaving in the morning.
