Very bad Technical Response and Knowledge

PHS Cops are excellent when it comes to call-outs, but their Technical Department either enjoys wasting your time and ripping you off / really don't know what they are doing. We have had our alarm system for almost 2 and a half years and it has just been problem upon problem. The Technical guys will arrive at your house, claim to have fixed a problem and when you get home the problem still exists. They then want to charge you R400 every time for a call-out fee, even if they didn't fix the problem!!! Recently, the Technical guys came out, upon which they refused to fix the broken passive, stating that it was not the passive they installed!!! REALLY??? Did you compare it to all the other passives in the house that you did install and did you see that they are actually all exactly the same??? Their Head of Technical (Ben) is rude and you struggle to get hold of any other Managers / Owners. They never return your calls and are rarely interested in assisting. When considering security companies, rather consider someone else, who will most likely be cheaper and provide proper technical assistance.
