Never sign any form of contract with PHS Cops

In Sept 2009 I contacted PHS Cops for a 12 month security service, of which Ben from PHS cops assured me they do offer a 12 month contract. <br> After 12 months, I notified them that I will not renew the contract. They delivered a letter stating that I am not allowed to give notice, and that I have a 3 year contract!<br> In Sept 2012 I once again informed them that I do not wish to continue their service, after a armed ******* at the premises to which they did not even respond. They then informed me that according to their contract, they are allowed to extend their unwanted service for another 3 years without the client's approval! I signed a contract with CMS after the armed ******* episode. CMS did infrom me that PHS cops are infamous for their deceiving manner of operating and that it is ******* for them not to cancel contracts upon notice. PHS Cops continues to take money from my bank account ever since September 2012. In 2013 I moved to Johannesburg. I contacted PHS Cops again in a final effort to get rid of them, Now, they bill me for a receiver, installed in the rental house, refuse to cancel the contract and threaten to blacklist me, another one of their victims. Be warned.
