********** Stitching and Experience - Owner full of Excuses and lays blame on us for using them

Sent them products for stitching product A and product B together, it took over a month to "complete" the process. Even without time constraints they completely destroyed our products and cost us in excess of R13,000 damage to our products which will now have to be written off as they cannot be salvaged or fixed.

Products were stitched horribly and excessively skew. After taking up the issues with the owner we were requested to send the items back (at our own costs) to remedy the issues. We then had the products returned to us (at our costs) and upon receipt the products were even worse off than before. This was after asking the owner if he had reviewed all the items and was happy with the result to which he said yes.

The items are stitched skew, have burn marks on them and not centred. After trying to remedy they have now left additional numerous holes in the products which are extremely visible and cannot be retailed to our consumer base. They have been destroyed.

Owner of the business refuses to acknowledge wrong doing and is full of excuses, according to him they "Did Their Best" and did a great job. Somehow we are to blame for the ********** work carried out by this company and its personnel. Our refusal to accept the terrible work carried out was met with excuses and blaming other people for the terrible work carried out.

We entrusted them twice before this job on the same products which they carried out perfectly, unsure why this time it was an absolute dog show and continues to be.

We will be engaging with our lawyers to deal with the matter further.

Just avoid making use of his/their services as it will end up costing you money, time and enormous headaches.
