Support dismal

I purchased a copy of phpmydirectory in beginning of 2017.

All queries about the software BEFORE I purchased were responded to in good time. After paying $140 , support IMMEDIATELY dropped off, taking 3 days, 1 week , 3 weeks, never....for a response.

I have spent 10 months of long hours of using this software to develop a website. I am currently unable to access the backend of website. 6 weeks after requesting assistance from phpmydirectory support I have not had any response to my support ticket.

10 months of work are now in jeopardy, and my business has a bleak outlook. To say that phpmydirectory support is dismal is an understatement. I regret purchasing this software and am looking at other competitors for another solution.
