Photospace - EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE

Made order on 17 December 2019, received the order on 20 December 2019 (good service I thought at first), but discovered that Photospace sent me the wrong photos...not wrong sizes, but completely different family's order. Attempted contact om 20 December...nothing, Again on 10 January 2020, silence, received an email from them 16 January apologizing about the mistake promising my order to be sent out...suprise suprise....still nothing. I attempted contact again on 31 January and received the normal zero reply...It is now 2 months since my initial order and although the order was paid in full, the service received has been extremely poor and Photospace is surely a company to avoid trusting with your money or photo memories. STAY AWAY!!!
