No photos received after 4months

Made booking with Charla du Toit from Photolove photography on 27Jan. On the 21Apr paid for additional photos & courier fee for delivery of my photos. We are now in Aug and I STILL HAVE NOT received any photos. I have been in constant communication with Charla but seems she is not interested in helping resolve the matter. She says will find out the problem & get back to me which never happens. Now she says she is not responsible for the courier services not delivering.... Very frustrating as she doesn't seem to care about her clients, finding my photos & sorting out this issue. Not to mention she is still advertising new shoots monthly. This is the courier company SHE HAS CHOSEN so she is responsible & liable for her clients to receive what they paid for, especially as i fully paid in Jan.
