Appalling and disrespectful service

The worst experience ever. Paid for our wedding package, Ryan (the owner) kept calling to make sure that the payment went though. Once it was done, he disappeared....I called for proof of payment, he gave it to me a few weeks after numerous calls and messages. After the wedding, HE CONFIRMED that our pictures will be ready after 8 weeks, we called, sent messages, sent emails ... no response!!!!!!!!. He then comes back and says "as per his contract" its 12 to 14 weeks but still did not deliver. "We would however keep the client updated in the event of such delays" HE NEVER ONCE CONTACTED ME AFTER THE WEDDING. I DID ALL THE CALLING!!!!!!! There are some changes which we want you to do, and we have a right to ask this and I did and he have not come back to me. He did what he wanted. He totally gave a deaf ear to our requests. On Thursday, he leaves my package with the security guard at my sisters work. No decency to call her, at least meet her and apologize. NOTHING OF THAT SORT. He send a text message " Please collect Hema's package from your security. I will email Hema later today" - needless to say....I am still waiting for that email. I'm not surprised. I can only imagine how many other people he has/is doing this too.

One of the most important factors of a wedding is the wedding photography. You only get one chance (hopefully) of capturing your wedding day. I don't think he understands this. It's the pictures that will be looked at by generations to come. Therefore, it is imperative to hire the best photographer. Photographic Fashion Studios do not take pride in this as their after service is appalling and they are disrespectful .

We paid him R12 000 thinking he is the best and will deliver as promised. He cant even call me. This is his pathetic business ethics. He is just interested in the money and takes no pride in his clients. I could have easily spread the word and recommend him but NEVER, he does not deserve any recommendation.
