This company deserved to go out of business. False promises, theft and non-deliverance. From other reviews it would appear that no photobook would probably be better quality than a delivered copy. Their auto response says it all . . .

It is with deep regret we inform you that we are no longer trading as of today due to no fault of our own. I am aware that I have been communicating with you daily, please understand this was not to lead you on by any means, or a ****! Financial issues with Hyperli just brought this to an immediate stop, They are well aware of the situation. No-one closes a business on a whim, retrenches 4 people without a reason. Unfortunately we can’t elaborate on this.

We apologise for all the time, you, the valued customer had put into your designs. I acknowledge you have spent hours, days, weeks, and some months doing your books. From our side all orders have been set up, ready for print, but due to circumstances we cannot proceed with it.

Our mail will be off as of today as will be the phones.

Please contact HYPERLI for your refund or credit. Unfortunately we cannot help with this.

Our sincerest apologies once again, please know we fought tooth and nail with Hyperli to keep going.
