Photo Workshop Cape Town Harassment

I feel awkward even writing up this review but this company has harassed me for payment for the last 120 days.

Things started off really lovely. Designing a special advert for my practice through their company. Its taken me months to find the right people to push my practice forward to those who are really seeking this work.

I had confirmed that the designs were great and I was super happy with them YET I had NOT confirmed nor given them permission to go live with my work. After doing some extra research I felt this wasn't the company I wanted to support my brand and very delicate work.

It was meant to be a 6 month advert yet no formal contracts were put in place. A few weeks later, after I didn't respond to anything, I received a statement saying I need to pay.

Its now turned into a really ugly situation where I found this company harassing me weekly for a payment that I never signed anything for. Ive also received some ugly emails from these people after I tried to explain and end the continual statements.

I find it really hard to comprehend why a company would go ahead with activating something before they receive a payment confirmation.

Its 120 days later. And still its going on. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to report them or what to do further?
