I ordered a bracelet with pet names engraved as a gift. I was given the option to pay extra for express processing. 3 weeks later I am yet to receive my package. After seeing the courier used is the same one that Shein uses, I searched on Shein and found the exact product which can be personalized on Shein for 1/10th of the price.
