This is a **** Ordered a paw necklace for my sister with her late dogs name on for R600. It arrived weeks later, looks completely different to what I ordered, was plastic, name was upside down and it was just all wrong and cheap looking. The correspondence with "Anne" is also completely computer generated which is so frustrating. I am so upset, feel so ******
