The service is pathetic! And feel it is an absolute ****! Should be avoided at all times! Paid a lot of money for n key ring of our dog that passed away. Bought it on a buy one get one free promotion. This never happened!!! Only shipped me one. With only the 1st letter of her name. Then they asked of they could please correct it and send me another one, they did but this time they put NO name on they key ring, and it is also still just the one! They are pathetic and useless! Awaiting to see if I can receive a refund from them!
