This company doesn’t even deserve a star… I ordered the necklace with two pendants on it for my wife’s birthday. One was supposed to be of our cat and the other was supposed to be of our dog… I waited more than a month for my order to arrive and then when it did arrive, they had sent me a the chain with both pendants having the cat on… I then requested them to change it, to which I got very delayed an unimpressive feedback asking for a video to be sent to them showing the issue I am facing… They then said that they would investigate it and give me feedback… If I didn’t follow up with them I wouldn’t have received any feedback… I have since asked for a refund and for them to come and collect their item and they have told me that my request is in process… It is a week later and I am still waiting for my credit and for them to come and collect the item. The address on their website that says they are in Rosebank, they aren’t there… They also have no phone number so you can’t even call them… In hindsight there are screaming red flags about this business but all we can do now is hopefully help others not get ********** like we did…
