If 0 starts was possible, that is what this company would get from me. The quality of the product is very low. Looks like they glued 2 pieces of string together and it is NOT fully adjustable. Secondly, the pendant is very poorly made. They print your picture as a square which is placed in a circle pendant. This results in empty space around the picture

Lastly The customer service is HORRIBLE The order takes forever to come, there is zero communication and they are unable to take Responsibility for their bad quality product
