****mers! They are now weeks beyond the promised delivery time and I even paid extra to “skip production” and have it sooner. They refuse to refund, no updates or communication. I believed this to be a local product but its being shipped from China, you can get this exact same product for a fraction on of the cost from Temu and not struggle to have it delivered. They cannot care less that they are providing the worst service. They didn’t even want to refund the extra amount I paid to speed it up, so I paid for a service they didn’t provide and not refunding me is like theft.
