Disgusting Service

I have been waiting months for 2 items of jewelry (bracelets) containing a photo of my late husband. Every email I have received from Photo Jewelry regarding when I can expect delivery of my items they constantly state within 6-10 days. They have taken my money. But are not prepared to send my paid for items.
