Bad bad bad!!!!

I have order a few products 13 Dec with “priority processing” option. Till today I have not received my order.

I have emailed them so many times.. the response is terrible!! On the 28th of Dec they asked for my ID apparently customs need it to clear my package. So then on the 10th of Jan i received an email stated that my order was destroyed due to lack of ID or overdue processing. I mean really???

Why do they need the customers ID at customs? ( I did send mine like they have asked) That imported package is suppose to be under the company name. So does that mean they are not registered?

Cherry on top.. ALL these products they sell on “sale” for R599 and more, you can buy it on Shein or Temu for R68.

This company is a ****!! Stay away!!

The fact that there is no number you can contact is a BIG sign!!

My order was far over R3000 and on Temu I would have paid R340 for the products + import tax. And that is what they do!

I really think this company needs to be reported!
