On the month April2017 i had bought a toy drone car for my son at phonefix & gadgets as a suprise birthday gift.I took the cardrone home and charged it only to find that when we started it 1 propeller was not working which made the drone car not to fly i then decided to take back the drone to the store phonefix&gadgets when i arrived at the store i spoke to sean the manager then he told me to leave my e.mail so that we can keep contact if the drone is fixed or if they decide to give back the refund.A week passed then i went back to the store and i was told that the drone car could not be fixed so i asked for a refund.I was told to email mybanking details which i did then was later on contacted via the phone to confirm my account deatails this was on the 5th june2017 by a lady at the accounts department a week passed then i phoned sean on the 12th june2017 to ask what is happening he then said he will contact the account department to find out.I am very disapponted about the reaction time to resolve this issue as this was a gift for my son and now that i want my refund because the cardrone is not working then it seems to be a problem. Is phonefix a store that sells broken toys and robs people of their money or is the sense of agency.I will never ever tell some one to go and buy the because its clear that the is no custormer service at that store no so ever.
