BAD SERVICE

Took Blackberry 9720 in for repairs on 25 September 2015 after Vodacom did not want to repair it. I was told I can get the phone the following Tuesday. Went there, phone wasnt worked on yet as soldering station was broken, told me I can have it Saturday. Went there Saturday, phone wasnt worked on yet as the technician was off. Was told I could have it the next week Tuesday. Phoned, still not repaired. Phoned them on 19 October, was told they are busy with it but I can have it on Wednesday, phoned today, still not repaired, I might get it this afternoon. Charger console broke off, told me it's a simple soldering issue that needs to be done. Almost one month later, still no work on phone done.
