Phone SLOW!!!

Not impressed with the service received. I was sent forms on Wednesday, which i made payment for immediately. Supposed to receive my item Friday, but no one calls to advise, no one calls to update you. When I emailed asking the situation, I was told they would follow up, never received an update thereafter. I then called for an update, and was asked to phone the courier company myself. It's been 5 days and I am still waiting for my phone.
