Best service i have ever come across!

I was assisted by a very nice lady by the name Rochelle Labuschagne. I had cellphone claim against my insurer(Outsurance - which I was super happy with as well). Phonefast facilitated the process of delivering my new phone on behalf of my insurer. As soon as i got a notification from my insurer that my claim was approved, i got a call from Phonefast (Rochelle) . She has very good interpersonal s****s in the sense that i felt like i've known her for ages! Very friendly whilst she was processing my claim. She indicated that as soon as i pay my excess, i should get my new cellphone by no later than the following day., which i did and got my new phone 1st thing the next day. I would recommend them any day and I commend Phonefast for recruiting staff that not only care about their commission but they also check how you doing and if the goods received where in good condition.
