A million thank yous

<p>A ****** phone of mine was replaced through my insurance by Phone Fast. Being faulty within 7days it was returned via the courier services. I was upset at first because i was going to be phoneless so i took matters into my own hands & emailed Phone Fast Friday. Keep in mind they closed over weekends but i was reassured that the Query would be resolved. Today Monday at 08:43. My Query was resolved and a Brand new Phone is being sent to me which will arrive tommorow. I am So shocked by the amazing Service i have received. Thank you to Jonothon (CEO) and Madelaine Oosthuizen (Claims Manager) YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING.. I by far recommend this Company :)</p>
