A bad experience made good

My cellphone was ****** on a Monday night. Fortunately it was insured through Outsurance who's customer service team put me in contact with their partner PhoneFast. Within 48 hours the service consultant, Rochelle Labuschagne, who had been assigned to my claim, had processed all my information, shopped around for an even better phone for me, and had the phone delivered to my door. It's always inconvenient to loose one's phone, but between Outsurance and PhoneFast they managed to provide a seamless experience and my life was back to normal within literally 2 days.
