They dont pay for their guests staying over at guesthouses

They booked for two guests to stay over at my guesthouse. After numerous telephone calls and emails they just have a lot of lame excuses. They are lying the whole time and even their management does not care of doing the right thing. |No one will even answer our emails or returning our phone calls. DO NOT LET THEY STAY OVER AT YOUR GUESTHOUSE!!
