You are affecting my credit rating!!!

I wanted a cellphone contract on 7 November 2018 and I never took the phone it was returned and the contract cancelled. Why is this still appearing on my Credit record? Sort this out and remove it with immediate effect or I will take legal action because you are affecting my credit rating negatively. I want a response now. I checked my credit details and it still appears there now!!!
