Statement of Account Urgently

I have asked for a statement of my account and still up to today i am not receving anything. I have asked my daughter to phone you guys but still nothing. I took a laptop which was R4000.00 and four years later i am still paying for it. Kindly please investigate as to what is happening with my account.
