so angry with service delivery at homechoice

hi

i am so angry, i ordered a 105 nokia from homechoice in Feb 2021, today on the 22/04/2021 they have decided to deliver. i send email cancelling my order as it was taking too long and it was confirmed that it was cancelled, until when i had to pay my account the other day and saw i was still bill for it.I told them i will not pay something that is not in my position and today i turn back their delivery person back....i dont want the phone anymore please.
