Postal Code is incorrect i cannot help you Mam

Firstly I want to start of by saying your service is by far the worst I have ever dealt with.I cannot understand how you can tell someone sorry Mam because you have given me the incorrect postal code I cannot continue speaking to you. How does a Postal code destiqish if you are speaking to the correct person or not. I mean I worked in a call centre and can understand the seriousness of security questions. So why not more on and ask others. First we have to hold on for ever and then we have to deal with Agents which you have not trained. This really makes one wonder.
