irritated by bad service

I sent my phone in December and Phonechoice promised to get back to me with in 2 weeks with regards to my phone as the screen was shattered and till today nothing has happened I called in and no one called me back,<br> its been more than 3 months no feed back with regards to both phones , my other phone also went in December and no feedback from them also they told me that it will take less than 7 days but am still waiting since, so I am very annoyed with the services from Phonechoice ,i called numerous times and consultants have no clue as to what is happening and really it is very unprofessional and they are *********** as i am paying for phones that are not with me and it is really frustrating(the second phone was locked out as the password pattern was locked so this was not something that should have taken longer than a week please assist me in this regard as i am a very frustrated customers as i was told i will have to keep paying even though i dont have my phones which is very unfair.....
