EXPLOITING POOR PEOPLE

<p>My domestic worker got conned into purchasing a tablet from Phone Choice, she is paying more than R300 per month for some ******* that arrived dead! She pleaded with them to take it back, they said they would fix it, only to return it in the same condition, dead! She got it in January 2016 and pays every month via stop order for something that has never worked. She bought it for her son who needed to send off CV's as he is umployed. PhoneChoice refuse to take the tablet back they keep on messing her around and they also refuse to talk to me, they will only deal with her and she is none the wiser. The have conned this very poor lady and they should be taken to task for this. PhoneChoice is really a bad company, every time she calls they tell her something else. Today they told her that she has an option to surrender this dead tablet to them and pay another small amount, so they get the tablet back and she still pays. What is the small amount she asked, they said they do not know but she must decide what she wants to do? How can a company operate like this?</p>
