DISMAL PRODUCT QUALITY AND NO FEEDBACK RECEIVED

I purchased 2 laptops on the Phonechoice website and what I received was totally and utterly *******. The basic functions I would expect any base model laptop to perform could not even be performed properly. I was fortunate enough to return one of the laptops within the cancellation period and after 3 MONTHS of constant phone calls to the call centre nothing has been resolved yet !!!!! All calls are recorded and logged and even this does not help. Debit orders are still however being taken off my account without fail.<br> <br> The remaining laptop has stopped working and can not even be switch on...To get the laptop returned for repairs is an ongoing issue and I have no doubt I will end up throwing it into the ******* bin. <br> <br> Shocking shocking service with promises to call you back after they figure out what is happening NEVER happens. The last call I made this morning I was told to call back in an hour because their systems are down and the call volume were very high. I wonder why ??? Speaking to the courier company when they collected the laptop, it was related that most of those specific laptops he delivered are being returned. I am giving up.
