Unsatisfactory service delivery at p****long clinic

P****long mamelodi clinic is the most unprofessional place and the staff are unresouceful, when you walk in the is no signs to indicate where to go, or people waiting to direct you to the correct place to go. Also for the covid testing area and HIV testing area there are no chairs placed for patients. Even the staff themselves do not ahire to social distancing rules. For the tax we pay to ensure that our clinics are well maintained and we all should receive proper service such as in private clinic is disappointing.
