Pholosong hospital's poor service while people die in queues

I went to the hospital as early as 8am In the morning with a referral letter from the Doctor and was told that I wasn't as sick for them to attend to me immediately as there were more bigger emergencies, I waited until 3pm and still did not get any assistance but one of the stuff rather went through my file to tell me my personal details infront of everyone else that was in the queue with me
