******** and Negligent Staff.

Pholosong Hospital failed me and my family and the whole community. People are even scared to be admitted to that hospital because they know that they wont be coming out alive. I am so dissapointed at the poor service our people receive from the health care workers. Being short staff doesnt mean you have to be lazy to do your job, which is saving lives. Dr Ashley Mthunzi, the CEO of that hospital needs to get that hospital in order. My uncle was admitted on wednesday, the 8th of july because of short breath. His life was detoriating everyday in that place. Because of the pandemic visitors are not allowed. When we called him to find out how he was doing, he complained of dehydration and how the staff is negligent. The doctor that admitted him was AWOL for 3 days. I dont understand as to why the staff did not call the family to let us know that his health is worsening. The staff is not supportive or caring. My uncle told us that he was thirsty and they were not given water to drink. He had breathing problems and couldnt get up to go get water. The batho pele policy is not followed in Pholosong Hospital. These people only care about their loved ones, not communities. am angry more than anything.
