Horrible service

I have never in my life had such a horrible service like this. Every month same thing. They lose my file I must pay again the lose me card pay again. They treated me so bad. All information in my file gone. I waited over and hour at counter 8 to pay the ladies are on their phones telling me I must wait. They say there is no one in charge they are in charge. Their own people Beggs of service old people sick people. This hospital serious need intervention with service and help with service delivery. Waiting for a file since 7:00,only to be told they can't find it. The staff are rude and tell me it's government not them. I honestly wish i had money for medical aid because people are sick needs help but there are none. Every month same thing as if they agreed when this woman come make her wait. Race it's what's it about. People after me gets helped Im leaving the hospital at 16:00 every month. I'm writing this with tears in my eyes. I walk with so much pain just to get this as well. People who said under oath they want to help people.
