Extremely poor service to say the least

The hospital doesn't deserve any star rating at all. My sister inlaw was taken to casualty & we were told to leave her there since no visitors were allowed & were told that she would be admitted to a ward as soon as her drip was empty. It was on a Friday. On Sunday afternoon a family member went to check her. The horror she found was unspeakable. My sister inlaw was still on the same chair she had left her still with the same drip which was by now empty. Her mouth was swollen from the drip. Upon enquiry the family member was told that she couldn't be taken to the ward as she was very ill. Since Friday she was unattended and no food was given to her. She sadly passed away while sitting on the chair in casualty

Another scenario of the extremely bad service at the hospital is as follows: my aunt was recently admitted to pholosong hospital. She is an elderly woman. She says that at one point she had no food and water for the whole day. When they were offered food it was served on take away plates which were split into half making it difficult to eat as the split disposable plate couldn't hold the food. The person who is supposed to take the food to patients would stand by the corner of the ward shouting saying that who wants food instead of taking it to the patients some of whom couldn't even stand let alone walk.
