Disappointed

My dad contracted covid, we took him to hospital on sunday, my mom took him. Then later on we tried calling him we were getting the run around, then we called the hospital then they tell us that he just finishing eating and his sleeping, ok fine. Then 2mor morning we try calling my father on his cell then a nurse answers his phone then we ask why is she answering my fathers phone, she doesn't tell us why, we ask to speak to my dad she gives us the run around, we believe my dad past on without them not even knowing bcos I strongly believe that they are not treating people with covid with care, and mind me my dad was a professional Nurse a full professional nurse, we never even got closure to say our proper goodbye, if my dads conditions was getting worse we should have been called, we only received a call on Monday at around 21h00 telling us he has passed away.
