Bad service

about the nurse that is currently working in labour ward Receptionist, I called to find out about my cousin who got transferred to the hospital and the nurse was just rude I couldn't even get her name the least the staff could do is to be nice to us family members since we cant get access to the hospital due to Covid 19..
