18 months later still no paid up letter

I have been waiting for over 18 Months for a paid up letter for a Nashua Mobile debt that was handed over to Pholosa. in the first few months i could get hold of the call centre agents who were of no help and off late you are kept waiting forever no one seems to know who is suppose to draft o send the letter.<br> <br> pure consumer abuse by reckless debt collectors, such that now some chancers are claiming to want to collect the same debt that has been paid up. i am not gonna pay the same debt twice. please send me the the letter
