De*****ing the consumers

I paid for a two bar heater at this shop and used my card to pay. I was charged R3 extra for the product they claim is for paying with a card, so they charge you for swiping your card. How many R3 are they charging a day for each customer? This is *****, *****ing the poor KwaMhlanga community.
