For over 3years iv been paying online and send them my P.O.P via email so that they can update my profile and obvious they will check on their bank statement to compare, now its been 6 months paying my monthy fee my policy had lapsed because they not doing their work and they telling me that they will check when they have time, my worry is should anything happens to my family what will happen?
