Phofs Academy Refuding to pay money they took under the name Exam fee

I requested my refund from this Institution based in Stellenbosch months ago. They **** about paying for my daughter 's exam fee. It's been back and forth, seems like they rejoice my pain. I have to beg for the money I paid trusting that they were professional whilst they are a money making scheme. They owe me R12 500 which they promised to pay last week, which they failed to pay. Till today, they are not willing. Still playing mind games. Now I have to get completely out of budget because of their selfishness.
