Phofs Academy doesn't want to pay my Money

I asked Phofs Academy to repay the money I paid towards my daughte's exam fees. They are reluctant, and they want me to follow them around while I paid it in cash. They failed my daughter, and they still want her to fail in life by not repaying an amount of R13000.00 I paid for exams so I can register her somewhere else.
