Phofs Academy ***** about A level registration

I enrolled my daughter at this online High School based at Stellenbosch. Last year I paid an amount of R13 000 towards her AS Level exams. The school later on advised us to switch to A level which is supposed to be written in November 2025. According to the law, the student should have received her statement of entry by now but the school has been *****, we suspect the exam fees has not been paid. I asked for the proof of payment, and they still make excuses. I am facing a dilemma of whether my daughter will write her exams or not.
