Heartless and Abusive Business owner

This business is so not delivering. The boss is heartless and treating customers like they are insane. He promised good service and now he can't deliver and I have paid almost 80% of the money and he don't wanna complete the job and he now promises that he will fight with me... I really need help. I'm so angry about this business
