Highly upset

I think I must be the only client complaining about this product!! I have been using foundation since the age of 14. (I am now 43!)To cover my flaws, freckles and ***mentation. So I have been using brand after brand. Always unhappy, colours never suits my skin, makes a pink undertone, makes a mask effect on my skin, cracks and feels heavy on my skin, and making my skin look very oily!

So here I see this add on Facebook, every woman only praising and talking fabulous things about Phoera foundation, and I think by myself, this must be it! So I, as a house wife, who only does piece jobs here and there to get a little bit of money, had to close my eyes tight , and spend R189 on this product, which already is far out of my budget. Second of all, I had to travel to Elarduspark, because apparently they don't have an agent who can assist near Centurion. ( I stay in Rooihuiskraal North) But thinking, this trip must make it worth my money! So I get there, old lady, not very friendly, unorganized, and didn't even have all the colours available. She could not even help me choose the correct colour, when I app**** the first colour, which showed very pink on my skin, she told me it looked fine, where as I COULD SEE, WITHOUT GLASSES IT WAS WAY TOO PINK ON MY SKIN! So I tried the second colour, it was too white , and I looked like a ghost, again she told me it looked fine. So, I tried the third colour, obviously before applying the next colour, I wiped my skin, but she keeps on telling me, Oh, you are wiping your skin so hard, that's why it makes the foundation looks pink on your skin. I mean really??? For how long does this woman knows me and my skin. I wiped softly, cause I know If I rub my skin will turn red, needless to say, whether I rubbed to hard and my skin turned red according to her, the foundation that everyone is talking about so highly of, was supposed to cover the red?! Right? Because that's what Phoera does. Cover everything on your skin with a mattifying look. So after the forth try, I apply buff beige #104. Still not the right colour, light pink undertone. But looks better than the rest. I could not afford a primer as well. So I decided let me take it and go try it on my whole face at home. Let me tell you. I am yet again, so so so dissatisfied and angry as hell. The colour looks horrible on my skin, and all off the above that i mentioned about the other brands, Phoera does exactly the same thing on my skin. Makes my skin look heavy oily, from the start of applying it, (I don't have oily skin). It doesn't cover the wrinkles, it makes a mask effect, not the right colour, cause the " agent" was too *********** in helping me find the right colour. It showes cracks on the foundation during the morning ( not even talking about later in the day, more like an hour after applying it!!!) it smudges and it doesn't even cover my marks! I have to apply so much of the product that it makes me sick!! And at the same time thinking, how long will this even last me?! I mean looking at the adds and video clips that you people are advertising on Facebook. It's all lies! False advertising! If I had to rate the product and the agent, it would not even make one Starr! I wasted my money and petrol yet again, being dissatisfied and disappointed, and will not purchase your product again.
